Haduan Falls Clark, Pampanga

According to British novelist Roald Dahl, “the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places.” This proves to be true, just as the best destinations here in the Philippines are found in places you didn’t think it would be. Take, for example, Mabalacat Haduan Falls in Pampanga.
A perfect summer getaway is usually spent on the beach. But for those who would like to go on an adventure before they can enjoy their weekend off, we know a place for you: Mabalacat Haduan Falls is a hidden paradise where you can spend time falling in love with what nature has to offer.

HANGING BRIDGE. Cross the bridge to go to the hidden falls. (Photo by Jm Balinas grabbed from panoramio.com via Mabalacat City’s Facebook page)

Mabalacat Haduan Falls is located in Sitio Haduan, Mabalacat City. When you reach the sitio, you will have to trek going to the place where the falls is. Be ready to get wet as you trek along streams of cold water. You need to get a tour guide who will be there to lead you to the falls. Take note that there’s no public transport which will take you to the jump-off point. You have to cross through the hanging bridge to access the other side.

The first video has four scenes. The first one is when we introduce ourselves and said what was the title of the blog. Secondly, when we were riding a jeepney named Checkpoint. We were so shy taking video because there are lots of people. We stopped at Maingate Terminal and find what jeep we will ride again. We asked some citizens there and we ride a jeepney again which was the Bayanihan Terminal. We paid fourty two pesos and we have a change of fifty eight pesos (which shown in the video). As the jeepney moves, we take videos inside. The driver dropped us in Widus, which we will start walking at. This video contains some pictures which overview our experience in Haduan Falls in Clark Pampanga. The second video will come sooner...

This is the exact video where we rode a jeepney, the Bayanihan Terminal. As the driver dropped us in Widus, we saw an army and asked some information about Haduan Falls. We waited our another classmates at Mcdo. While walking, we were asking the policemen we saw. They don't know where Handuan Falls is. As we walk further, we saw a group of bikers and asked about Haduan Falls. They gave us some information and continued walking.
We almost walked for about an hour, then we suddenly saw a jeepney who also driving through the street. We asked for a ride then they suddenly stopped. We ran and get inside their vehicle. We took a video while we're inside the jeep. They dropped us in Aqua Planet. This is quite near to Haduan Falls. Despite of that, we still have to walk a little longer.
We went to the guard house where we saw policemen. They make us fill up the wavers which we already prepared. After filling up, we start walking again.
We walked where the tour guide was. We wrote our name then paid 100 pesos each for the tour guide. The journey to Haduan Falls is about to start.

The third video was all about our destination which is Haduan Falls. Haduan Falls is really a great place to visit because it is very challenging to go here. Despite of everything we've been through, we really enjoyed this place.
We walked on rocks with different sizes, crossed a hanging bridge, and climb a mountain. Before reaching this place, we need to walk for about an hour. When we are in Haduan Falls, we swam there and the water is so cold.
Our experience in Haduan Falls is very hard but it was one of our unforgettable experiences.
